Although this site has gone through several different phases, designs, and levels of functionality, our original mission has remained unchanged: to help people find penpals to write to over the Internet for free. We are dedicated to providing this service to our users for free (this site is completely funded by advertising revenue, so when you click on a banner, you are helping us improve PenPal Garden!).
