TCLEDDS
Effective February 14, 2005, the Commission will no longer accept faxed Commission forms or training rosters. Please submit all forms electronically through TCLEDDS or send the original by mail. If you submit the information through TCLEDDS, you will not need to mail it. This procedure for processing forms will enhance the accuracy of information entered into commission records and will also serve the need for maintaining the accurate records that are sometimes needed for litigation purposes.
