The Food and Nutrition Information Center (FNIC) is located at the National Agricultural Library (NAL), part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)and the Agricultural Research Service (ARS). FNIC′s mission, to collect and disseminate information about food and human nutrition.
